Its a mild soothing and refreshing drink, can be served chilled or at room temperature.
Blueberries – 18oz
Sugar – 4-5 heapfull teaspoons
Lemon – one small wedge
Ginger – one small piece grated.
Microwave blueberries for about 3 minutes. Blend in the microwaved blueberries with sugar, cold water, ginger and lemon. Serve chilled. You can replace sugar with honey.
